Return policy
At Cyrusbot, we believe home decor should inspire creativity and make your space feel uniquely yours. If something you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help make your return process easy and straightforward.
We accept returns on new, unused, and unaltered items within 60 days from the date of delivery. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit for future purchases.

Only products purchased directly from cyrusbot.com are eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale," gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable.
Sets and Bundles
If you’ve purchased a set or bundle, it must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund.
Original Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase or as store credit. We cannot process refunds to alternative accounts or card.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email service@cyrusbot.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and send you return instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely package your items. Original packaging is not required, but please ensure items are well protected during shipping. Remove any old shipping labels if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration
- Items without original tags (if applicable)
If you are unsure about the eligibility of an item for return, please feel free to reach out before initiating the return process.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The conditions for this return are as follows:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Tags must still be attached
- Item must be in its original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
This cooling-off period is separate from our standard 60-day return policy.

Please note that shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable.
International Returns
For international orders, please be aware of the following:

Taxes and Duties
Customs duties and import taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable through Cyrusbot, as they are charged by local authorities. -
Currency and Conversion
All refunds are processed in USD. Any differences caused by fluctuations in exchange rates are not covered by Cyrusbot.

Once your return is approved, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. -
Missing Refunds
If your refund is not reflected after this period, please contact your payment provider directly.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, style, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
Fair Use Policy
Cyrusbot monitors return activity to prevent misuse. We reserve the right to limit returns or refuse service in cases of excessive or suspicious return behavior.
