Our Shipping Approach
Cyrusbot offers DIY kits designed for creating beautiful home decor. To ensure efficient shipping and fair pricing, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to handle the shipping process.
This allows us to:
- Ship orders quickly and efficiently
- Minimize delays caused by handling
- Keep pricing reasonable without unnecessary markups

1. Shipping Fees
- Shipping Fee: We offer flat-rate shipping, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- The shipping cost will be shown before you complete your payment.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, starting from when your order is shipped (not when it's placed).
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created. It’s normal for tracking to show no updates initially as the package enters the carrier’s system.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)
- Shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Cyrusbot is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Customs policies vary by country, so delivery times may be affected.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
- 12-Hour Window: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help!
- Damaged Items: Please email us clear photos of the damage within 72 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll assist you with a solution.
- Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your package was lost in transit, we will resend your order at no extra cost to you.
